The Oxford Owl website is a fantastic free resource that supports children with reading and maths skills at home and in school. As well as reading and maths games for children from 3 to 11 years, there is also advice and information for parents on helping your children with reading and maths.
Another great feature of this website is the amount of ‘e books’ that are freely available. A lot of these books are the Oxford Reading Tree books with the Biff and Chip characters that your child will recognise.
All the activities and books can be used on a laptop or a tablet.
To use this website please search for Oxford Owl. (www.oxfordowl.co.uk). Click on ‘For Home’ then in the top left hand corner click on ‘Join Us’. Fill in your email address and a password then click next. It will then ask you if you are a parent or teacher. Please click ‘Parent’. You will then be able to access the games, e books and parents information.
If you need any help then please ask a member of staff.
Thank you for your continuing support.
